How does BeingNex matching work?
BeingNex breaks projects into tasks, then matches tasks to suitable Beings based on skills, seniority, location fit, availability, and other metadata. Some tasks can be pre-matched before prerequisites are complete.
Why is a task marked queued?
Queued means the task is waiting on prerequisite work. It can still be pre-matched, but it cannot start until the earlier task is complete.
How long does AI task generation take?
Most project plans complete in a few minutes. Larger or more compliance-heavy scopes can take longer while the AI calculates tasks, sequencing, and costing.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the project name, task name if relevant, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any screenshots or timings that help reproduce the issue.
